About the Client

Our Client is a well-established supplier within the industrial sector, providing quality products and services to customers across a range of industries. What you will be doing

As an Internal Sales / Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for the below duties:

Managing face-to-face customer enquiries and sales

Answering inbound customer phone calls and responding to emails

Processing purchase orders and customer orders accurately

Completing invoicing and data entry tasks

Entering and maintaining information within Pronto and other systems

Providing high-quality customer service and sales support

Assisting with general administration and office duties

What you will need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

Previous Internal Sales or Customer Service Officer experience

Previous experience using Pronto highly desirable

Strong customer service and communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment

Drivers Licence and reliable transport
