• Cold calling
• Client visits
• Account management
• Entertaining existing clients
• Attending industry functions

• Fast-paced filling of blue‑collar roles
• Collecting accurate documentation of work rights, high‑risk licences and qualifications
• OH&S checks and follow up calls

• Previous experience running a 360‑degree recruitment desk in the blue‑collar industry
• Cold‑calling experience to generate business
• Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task
• Positive attitude & resilience
• Australian work rights and currently residing in Brisbane, Queensland
