Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with proven, hands-on ServiceNow experience who enjoys building, scripting, and delivering real solutions.

In this role, you’ll join active projects and be able to make an immediate impact, so it’s important you’re comfortable working independently and applying your experience from day one.

What you’ll do?

Building and delivering ServiceNow solutions yourself (not coordinating others)
Working deeply across:

ITOM – Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
ITSM – Incident, Problem, Change, Request

Writing real code and automation (JavaScript + scripting is core to the role)
Developing integrations via REST APIs, MID Servers, and custom logic
Troubleshooting issues without needing escalation or hand-holding
Engaging directly with customers in technical discussions and solution design

What we'd love to see?We are looking for someone who is passionate about ServiceNow and the benefits it brings to organisations.

If you don’t meet these, this role won’t be the right fit:

2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
Strong experience across ITOM and ITSM (not just light exposure)
Solid scripting capability with JavaScript (essential) and PowerShell / Bash (strongly preferred)
Proven ability to build and implement solutions end-to-end
Confidence to handle technical questioning and problem-solve in real time
Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
