You will be responsible for generating new business, building pipeline and converting opportunities, backed by a strong product, credible brand and supportive national team.

With uncapped commission and clear growth pathways, this role offers genuine career acceleration for ambitious sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
• Run discovery meetings, product demonstrations and solution presentations
• Develop relationships with key decision makers
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new logo deals
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success

Who This Suits:

• 2 to 4 years experience in B2B sales or business development
• High energy, resilient and genuinely motivated by commission and client success
• Strong hunting mentality with the confidence to open doors
• Commercially minded with a consultative sales approach
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing a territory
• Experience in SaaS, technology, fleet or logistics is advantageous but not essential
