AWX are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a busy production facility supplying construction materials to wholesalers across the Brisbane region.
This role is primarily machine-based, focusing on automated bagging, packing, and palletising processes of construction building materials, with limited forklift operation required.

About the Role:

  • Operate automated machinery for bagging, packing, and palletising building products
  • Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality and output
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain efficiency
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products
  • Maintain a clean and safe production environment
  • Occasional forklift operation (side loader / high reach) as required
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience operating production or manufacturing machinery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Current LF Forklift Licence (highly regarded but minimal use)
  • Experience with side loader or high reach forklifts advantageous
