We're looking for motivated, results-driven sales professionals who can work independently, thrive on building relationships, and have the determination to become top earners.

With our market-leading Freight Solutions system, we deliver cost-saving and technology integration to medium and large enterprises. Our customers are the heart of our business, and we treat them as such.

What You'll Do:

• Generate, establish, and grow new customer leads and relationships.

• Secure and maintain long-term customers.

• Contribute to our national customer pool, with monthly interstate travel.

• Sell our full range of solutions via phone and face-to-face interactions.

What We're Looking For:

• At least two years of face-to-face BDM sales experience and the ability to communicate with impact.

• A track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

• Proven ability to develop customer contacts through cold and warm leads.

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and organisational skills.

• Self-motivated, open-minded, and eager to learn.

• Transport industry experience is preferred but not essential.

• Must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
