About the role

Join the dynamic production team at Borgo Salumi and play a vital role in the manufacturing of our quality smallgoods. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for hands-on production tasks within our well-equipped facility in Holland Park, Queensland. We are seeking a candidate with experience in, or the ability to learn, the preparation and batching of dry ingredients used in the manufacture of smallgoods.This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative company.

What you'll be doing

Predominantly be involved in the preparation and batching of ingredients for smallgoods manufacture
Assist in production
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Competent numeracy skills, particularly in weighing, measuring, and batching ingredients.
Experience in ingredient preparation an advantage
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Good communication and problem-solving skills
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
