WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an L2 Engineer within the team, you’ll be the second escalation point of contact for IT support, handling a wide range of technical issues across cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and user support. Your day will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while providing responsive assistance to end users. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to escalatte complex problems and ensure smooth IT operations for our public sector clients. Additionally, you'll perform basic system administration tasks like password resets, user account management, and software updates. Clear communication will be key, as you'll document solutions, maintain our knowledge base, and keep users informed throughout the resolution process.

YOU NEED TO HAVE...
  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting to change
  • Hands‑on experience with M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • The ability to provide friendly and efficient customer support
  • Good time management skills to juggle multiple support tickets effectively
