Production Workers

Industrial Cleansers Pty Ltd is looking for suitable candidates to join our family-owned business in production roles in chemical manufacturing. We are a Queensland company based at Geebung, and specialise in the formulation, manufacture and distribution of a variety of chemical products for customers in a range of industries. Successful candidates would report to the production supervisor. Industrial Cleansers is an equal opportunity employer.

About the role

We are currently looking for blenders and storepeople who can undertake production and machine operation activities safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support the achievement of the Company’s business objectives. 

No prior experience is required, however, previous exposure in our industry will be highly regarded.  The suitable candidates must be willing to start within the next few weeks and available to work full time hours.

Full training will be provided, and this is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive team.

Car parking is available on site.

The people we want

• Must be friendly, motivated, reliable, punctual and team players

• Are detail-oriented and can follow written instructions

• Are permanent residents or Australian citizens.

• Have completed year 12 or equivalent qualification.

• Are physically fit, as the role requires the ability to perform heavy lifting up to 25kg.

• Will perform filling, packing, labelling, and palletizing of products, maintaining quality and efficiency across various production lines.

• Will ensure all work practices meet company, safety, and environmental policies and legislative requirements.

• Will promote teamwork through open communication, reliability, and a commitment to a positive work environment.

• Are comfortable working in a chemical manufacturing environment

• Pay and conditions follow the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020 (MA00010). Hours are typically 8am – 4pm Mon – Fri, however flexible work arrangements exist.

• Positions are full time after a qualifying probationary period.
