What you'll be doing:

• Creating and driving content across multiple brands — reels, campaigns, stories, and formats that actually stop the scroll

• Spotting trends before they peak and moving fast to capitalise

• Managing and growing brand communities with authenticity and consistency

• Owning Klaviyo — building, scheduling, analysing and refining email and SMS flows

• Deep-diving Meta analytics alongside Klaviyo data to form clear, evidence-based strategy

• Planning and executing marketing strategies end-to-end — not just handing off briefs

• Juggling multiple brand identities simultaneously without dropping the ball

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in social media content creation — particularly Reels — with a portfolio to back it up

• Hands-on Klaviyo experience (not just "familiar with")

• Strong Meta Ads Manager and analytics literacy

• A strategic mind that can also execute — you don't wait to be told what to do

• Experience across multiple brands or clients at once

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• A genuine interest in the health, wellness or aesthetics space
