The Role
This is a great opportunity for a confident and driven Business Development Manager to join a growing Buyers Agency based in New Farm.
This role is focused on helping the business grow their rent roll, building strong relationships and converting new property management opportunities. You do not need to come from a property management background, but you will need to be confident speaking with clients, building trust and driving new business.
You will be responsible for:
- Growing the rent roll through new business opportunities
- Building relationships with investors, buyers and referral partners
- Converting warm leads and identifying new opportunities
- Presenting the property management service offering to clients
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth handover
- Maintaining strong follow-up and communication with prospective clients
- Representing the business professionally in the market
The Candidate We are looking for someone polished, proactive and confident in a sales environment. You may come from real estate, property management, sales, finance, client services or another relationship-focused role.
Ideally, you will have:
- A current real estate licence or registration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with investors and clients
- A proactive approach to business development
- The ability to follow up, nurture leads and convert opportunities
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Real estate experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
