About the Role

If you're a hunter and like to earn commissions, driven to achieve success, passionate about building long term relationships, this is your opportunity to achieve this.

Based out of our QLD Branch at Berrinba, you'll play a key role in expanding our footprint, opening new accounts, and building brand awareness.

Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure that AAH becomes their company of choice

  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential revenue streams in a geographical area.

  • Driving revenue growth monthly and annually and get well rewarded in doing so

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships

  • Assist customers with their equipment requirements

  • Own your patch by getting out in the field with regular customer site visits to identify, build and strengthen relationships

AAH is looking for someone with hunger, passion and relentless drive that likes to win, in addition to this they will have;

  • Experience in the Hire industry will be highly regarded.

  • Ability to think on your feet and converse with a wide range of people

  • Proven success in a similar business development or sales role

  • A self-motivated, results-driven attitude and strong communication skills

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Exceptional time management and forward planning skills

  • A solutions-focused mindset and easy to deal with

  • A current driver's licence

  • Someone looking for a place to call home and be part of a privately owned business
