The opportunity

Reporting to the APAC Senior HR Manager, this role supports workforce learning and culture initiatives while contributing to operational HR partnering. You’ll work closely with ANZ leaders and HR colleagues to deliver leadership development and culture programs, provide pragmatic learning advice, and help drive people strategies — with hands‑on opportunities to design and facilitate training.

Selection criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Psychology or Organisational Development

• Proven experience partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver effective people and learning solutions

• Experience designing and delivering learning and culture programs within a complex or international organisation

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management capability

• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to drive performance through strong self‑management, strategic thinking and sound project delivery
