Based from a modern Gold Coast head office, this office-based internal role will see you support customers, provide technical product solutions and grow long-term relationships — backed by full training and support from local and German technical specialists.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Build strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to grow the business

• Provide technical product solutions tailored to customer applications — not just process orders

• Manage the internal sales process from enquiry through to quotes, stock checks, order processing and after-sales support

• Work closely with overseas technical specialists on more complex customer requirements

• Develop into a trusted technical product specialist across one of the world’s leading industrial product ranges

What Makes You a Great Fit?

✔ Experience in internal sales, technical sales, customer service or industrial product support

✔ A mechanical, industrial or technical mindset — you enjoy understanding how things work

✔ Confidence communicating with customers and discussing products, applications and solutions

✔ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage quotes, orders and follow-up

✔ Comfortable using CRM systems, Outlook and Excel

✔ Background in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, bearings, fasteners, hydraulics, power transmission, machinery or similar industries highly regarded
