The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Production Team member to join our team at our Northgate facility. This hands-on role is central to our manufacturing operations and covers all stages of production - from printing, finishing, and assembly through to packing and dispatch. What You'll Be Doing

• Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment in line with SOPs and company procedures

• Monitoring production processes and machine performance, making adjustments to achieve specified outcomes

• Executing all stages of the production process including finishing, assembly, packing, and dispatch

• Reading and interpreting job tickets, production documentation, and work instructions

• Conducting quality checks and inspections throughout the production process

• Picking, packing, labelling, and preparing customer orders for dispatch

• Maintaining accurate production records and job status updates

• Contributing to a clean, safe, and organised work environment

• Identifying and reporting equipment faults, production issues, or safety hazards

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, signage, printing, or fabrication environment

• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach to work

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks throughout a full shift

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Current driver's licence

• Full working rights in Australia

• Available to work full time Monday to Friday

Desirable:

• Experience in signage, printing, graphics, or visual communications

• Experience operating machinery or production equipment

• Current forklift licence
