About the Role 

As a Business Development Manager at Place Indooroopilly, you'll be responsible for generating new managements and growing our property management portfolio. Through proactive prospecting, relationship building, networking, and warm referral opportunities, you'll introduce new clients to Place's market-leading property management services.

Key Responsibilities 

• Grow the rent roll by generating new management opportunities through prospecting, networking, and business development activities. 
• Convert leads into long-term clients through effective relationship building, onboarding, and portfolio transfers. 
• Maximise warm referral opportunities from our high-performing sales team and broader network. 
• Conduct rental appraisals and provide expert market advice to prospective landlords. 
• Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience. 
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and business development targets. 

Skills & Experience Required 

• A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a valid Driver's License. 
• Experience in sales, leasing, property management, or business development is highly regarded. 
• A confident communicator who excels at building relationships. 
• Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven. 
• Resilient and motivated to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. 
• Passionate about property and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
