Product Manager / Marketing Manager / Growth Specialist (Entry / Junior)

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Entry / Junior Product Manager / Marketing Manager / Growth Specialist at Made in CZECHIA. You will support product planning and execution across the lifecycle, helping to define requirements, track development progress, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist with market and competitor research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into product improvements and growth ideas. You will help design and execute marketing campaigns, support go-to-market initiatives, and collaborate closely with sales to improve messaging, materials, and lead conversion. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and suggesting data-informed experiments to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Qualifications Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer, competitor, and industry data to support product and growth decisions.Foundational understanding of Go-to-Market Strategy and Product Marketing to assist with launches, positioning, and messaging.Interest or experience in Product Management, including basic requirements gathering, prioritization, and coordination with technical or creative teams.Comfort collaborating with Sales teams, supporting sales enablement materials, and understanding the customer journey and funnel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with metrics, basic data analysis, and experimentation is an advantage.Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to create concise briefs, documentation, and presentations.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, distributed environment with minimal supervision.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, economics, technology, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.Interest in startups, digital products, or international markets; prior experience in a growth, marketing, or product-related internship or role is a plus.
