In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive technology experience for end users, from initial rollout to continuous improvement, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and user satisfaction. This role role will manage cloud and hosting services ensuring end to end ownership of the product life cycle. This role will also be responsible to align with global product owners to advocate for harmonisation of end user products and services within APAC core countries. Responsibilities: Provide support in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable connectivity infrastructure, including on premise LAN, WAN, Network Security, Network Wireless, Network automation and Network monitoring technologies.All systems being worldwide and interconnected, the will support all strategy and policies compliant with the business group and define APAC standards and apply them in a harmonized way to all entitiesSupport Architects when developing technical roadmaps for Connectivity upgrades, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;Proven experience (>5 years) in Connectivity design, implementation, and management.In-depth experience knowledge in the following areas:Local Area Network deployment and troubleshootingCisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Wifi technologies deployment and troubleshootingCisco Catalyst Center and Cisco Software Defined Access deployment and troubleshootingNetwork Security technologies such as Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ASA/Firepower VPN gateways, Cisco ISE and Bluecoat proxyPlease note Australian citizenship is required for this opportunity (required for security clearance).
