Are you a highly organised and analytical professional with experience in production planning and scheduling? Our Specialty Products division at Eagle Farm is seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimising production schedules in a make-to-order manufacturing environment, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time while maximising operational efficiency. You will act as the central link between sales, production, procurement, and logistics, balancing demand with capacity and driving performance across the business. The Role As Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising production planning activities to ensure efficient operations and high service delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules across fabrication and manufacturing operationsMonitor and adjust schedules to meet customer deadlines and manage constraintsCoordinate production capacity, labour, and equipment to optimise performanceTrack order progress from release through to completion and dispatchWork closely with Procurement to ensure material availability aligns with production schedulesMaintain accurate ERP system data (Oracle/EPICS) across planning and inventory processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes About You We’re Looking For a Proactive And Adaptable Professional Who Can Take Ownership Of Production Scheduling And Drive Improvements Across The Operation.
