The Opportunity

You'll be working on a diverse range of fit out & refurb projects while managing a team of tradesmen & subcontractors to oversee all construction activities onsite with an uncompromising focus on quality & safety.

•       Running sites day to day, including site setup, logistics, deliveries, and security

•       Scope of works delivery & working with the Project Manager on planning, programming & scheduling to deliver the project on time, in full, & within budget

•       High level of interaction with clients & acting as a brand ambassador

•       Leading WHSEQ on site, including inspections, risk controls, and compliance

•       Using Procore and Hammertech to manage site documentation and reporting

•       Owning quality and defects management to achieve defect free handovers

About You

•       5+ years in construction as a Site Manager with live environment experience essential

•       Commercial fit out/refurb/new build experience (retail experience a bonus)

•       Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

•       Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree)

•       A track record of successfully delivering complex, live environment projects

•       A commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in delivery

•       Confident with IT/tech/apps — Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, Procore, Hammertech

•       Australian resident qualified to work in Australia

Employment Type

We are primarily seeking a full-time Site Manager to join our QLD team on a permanent basis. We also welcome expressions of interest from experienced subcontractors looking for ongoing project engagement.
