Tasks and Responsibilities:

Neat and tidy portfolio of 100 properties
Out of office duties covered by an assistant
No entries, exits or routines
Arranging maintenance, issuing work orders
Managing rent arrears
Lease renewal negotiations between landlord and tenant

The successful candidate:

Current QLD Real Estate Registration
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding service
