Professionals Priority Ferny Hills is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own portfolio and taking full ownership of the role, while still having the support of a collaborative and experienced team behind them.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a clean and stable portfolio of approximately 140 properties, including:

• Routine inspections

• Entry and exit condition reports

• Maintenance coordination

• Arrears management

• Lease renewals and rent reviews

• Landlord and tenant communication

• Tribunal attendance when required

Leasing support provided, allowing you to focus on portfolio management and building strong relationships with your clients.

• Previous property management experience

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

• A genuine commitment to customer service

• Clean and stable portfolio with quality landlords and tenants
