Practice Nurse

Registered Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse required for a General Practice in Jindalee, Brisbane.    We are a family practice of 9 doctors located 15 minutes from the CBD in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane.

We are looking for a practice nurse to join our friendly team for 4-5 days a week.   The position is casual with the opportunity to go part time/full time.   The hours are between 8am and 5.30pm, weekdays.

The role:  General practice nursing, health care plans, health assessments and patient care in a team environment. The duties include:

Experience in General Practice nursing and Chronic Disease Management an advantage but not essential  A friendly, motivated personality and a strong desire to provide excellent service are qualities we are looking for.  Join our friendly medical team where we strive to provide excellent care.
