We're looking for a proven leader someone who doesn't just "manage" a clinic, but owns it, drives it, and grows it.

At Neighbourhood Dental Group, our clinics are fast-paced, high-performing, and growth-focused. ADCC Dental Calamvale is a well-established clinic with a loyal patient community, and we need a strong, experienced Practice Manager to step in permanently, take control, and elevate both team performance and clinic profitability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a permanent full-time leadership position. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations, team leadership, and financial performance of the clinic.

You will lead a team of 10; five dentists, three clinical coordinators, and two front office coordinators — and you will:

• Drive clinic performance and hit production targets

• Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable

• Optimise appointment books and maximise utilisation

• Oversee KPIs, reporting, and financial outcomes

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience

• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement

You will be supported by a strong executive team including our COO, COP, and CEO but you are the leader on the ground.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for entry-level managers. We want someone who:

• Has proven dental industry experience as a Practice Manager, Senior Dental Receptionist, Lead Dental Administrator, or Treatment Coordinator with operational responsibility (essential)

• Is confident leading high-performing teams

• Understands KPIs, production, and clinic financials

• Is decisive, accountable, and solutions-focused

• Is calm under pressure, organised, and team-oriented

• Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do

• Has experience with Dentally or similar dental practice management software (highly regarded)

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY

A large proportion of our Calamvale patient community are Mandarin speakers. Fluency in Mandarin (in addition to English) is highly regarded and will help you connect with our patients though it is not a requirement of the role.
