The opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own the day-to-day running of the practice so our clinicians can focus on what they do best – looking after patients.

You will:

Oversee daily operations and keep the practice running smoothly and on time

Lead, coach and support the front-desk and clinical teams

Manage rosters, appointment book efficiency and patient flow

Handle billing, reporting, stock control and general administration

Maintain high standards in patient experience, compliance and presentation

Spot problems early and fix them before they become “fires”

Think of it as being CEO of the front line – with fewer board meetings and more grateful patients.

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have experience in dental, medical or allied health practice management (or strong senior front-desk/coordination experience ready to step up)

Are highly organized, proactive and comfortable taking ownership

Communicate clearly and confidently with patients, staff and clinicians

Can juggle competing priorities without dropping your sense of humor.

Love systems, structure and continuous improvement

Genuinely care about delivering a calm, kind and professional patient experience

Bonus points if:

You’ve tamed a wild appointment book before

You’re confident using practice management software

Colleagues already see you as the “go-to” problem solver
