Remote Property Manager

Working on a remote portfolio for one of the largest and well-known residential brands in Australia. They pride themselves on their culture and are constantly winning awards for service excellence and success in the industry.

A role that doesn't involve any outside work, as you will have full ground support from a Field Officer.

• Managing approximately 120-150 properties
• Full support from a Field Officer and VA
• No inspections, no PCRs, no outgoings
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
• Monitoring arrears
• Handle all correspondence between the company and your owners/tenants

• Previous portfolio management experience as Property Manager.
• Valid PM Registration
• Experience with Property Management software - Property Tree preferably
• Ability to manage a team member
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Neat & tidy presentation
