Honest Grace Legal is looking for a capable and caring Personal Assistant who can bring clarity, calm and order to a busy legal team and help clients feel supported during some of the most important moments of their lives.

This role is not just about managing diaries or inboxes. It is about helping a purpose-driven law firm deliver legal services with truth, compassion and justice.

We strongly value multilingual candidates, especially those who speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese, as language and cultural understanding are central to the way we support many of our clients and communities.

The Role

As our Personal Assistant, you will help our leaders and team stay focused, organised and responsive so we can serve clients better.

You will:

• bring structure to busy days and competing priorities;

• manage communications with professionalism and care;

• help clients, colleagues and partners feel heard and supported;

• assist with meetings, documents, files and follow-ups;

• help improve the systems that allow good legal work to happen.

Your work will sit behind the scenes but its impact will be felt by the whole firm and the clients we serve.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• proactive, thoughtful and willing to take ownership;

• respectful of confidentiality and professional standards;

• able to work with people from different cultural and language backgrounds.

Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are strongly preferred. Other language skills will also be highly regarded.

Digital confidence, Microsoft 365 experience, AI literacy and legal/professional services experience will be valued, but they are secondary to the right attitude, communication style and commitment to our mission.
