Our family friendly owned agency with a small team of 10+ professionals, is seeking a experienced Senior Property Manager to join their well-established West End office. Konnect Property is experiencing growth and need the right people to continue this growth.

About the Role

This is a busy and rewarding position within a stable, collaborative, and fully supported team. You will manage a quality portfolio of approximately 170 properties, with dedicated assistant support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 170 properties

• Work alongside your VA to cover end-to-end portfolio management

• Manage landlord and tenant communication

• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades

• Support leasing activity when required

• Ensure compliance and smooth tenancy administration

• Routine inspections are carried out by our inspections officer

• Proven experience managing your own property portfolio

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with excellent time management

• QLD Certificate of Registration

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

You will need:

• This position is full time from 9am to 5pm Weekdays in the West End or Gold Coast office.
