Senior Property Manager

Our client is a design-led property group known for delivering high-quality communities across South East Queensland. With development, construction and property management all handled in-house, they focus on long-term quality, strong relationships and premium resident experiences.

They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join the team and take over a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 120 properties across
East/South Brisbane and one Gold Coast complex.

What you’ll be doing:

• End-to-end management of a clean residential portfolio
• Managing maintenance, inspections, arrears and lease renewals
• Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Working closely with internal teams across property and operations
• Delivering a high level of customer service and portfolio care

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
• Someone who genuinely cares about delivering a premium experience
