THE ROLE:

Oversee a residential property portfolio of 60 properties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate and follow through on maintenance and repair requests
Carry out routine inspections and detailed property reporting
Manage lease renewals and conduct market-based rent reviews
Monitor and action rental arrears in a timely manner
Review and process tenancy applications with care and accuracy
Organise and complete ingoing and outgoing inspections

THE REQUIREMENTS:

Current or previous Real Estate experience
Valid drivers licence
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
Strong customer service
