Our client is a well-established and highly regarded not-for-profit healthcare organisation delivering essential primary healthcare services to people experiencing social disadvantage across Far North Queensland.
Supported by government funding, grants and strong community partnerships, the organisation plays a vital role in improving health outcomes for some of the region’s most vulnerable communities. Following a recent move to a modern, purpose-designed facility in Cairns, the organisation is well-positioned for continued growth and expanded service delivery.

The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Practice Manager will lead the day-to-day operational functions of the organisation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible healthcare services.
Working closely with the Clinical Lead, this pivotal role oversees finance, human resources, compliance, governance and administrative operations, while supporting strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the organisation.
