The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Property Management experience (minimum 2 years)

• Be highly motivated

• Have strong attention to detail

• Have proven experience working in a deadline-driven environment

• Hold a current Real Estate Registration (must have)

• Have PropertyMe knowledge (an advantage)

You will have exceptional communication skills, possess a flexible and approachable personality, and be able to use your initiative. We are seeking a candidate with outstanding Property Management skills to continue to grow this portfolio and increase productivity.
