We’re looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our high-performing Brisbane team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, industry-leading group while managing a premium commercial portfolio across the CBD and city fringe.

While this role is initially offered as a 12-month contract, there is strong potential for it to transition into a permanent position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the end-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring optimal asset performance

  • Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Manage all leasing activity including renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and documentation
  • Prepare insightful monthly reports for property owners
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payments, and arrears management

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant Certificate of Registration and knowledge of the local market
