About your opportunity

The Injury Management Advisor provides clinical leadership, oversight and coordination of Townsville HHS's injury management, rehabilitation and recover-at-work programs. The role is responsible for leading the development, coordination and delivery of effective, person-centred rehabilitation and return-to-work initiatives that support employee recovery and optimise workplace participation.

Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

• Salary range: $128,169 to $137,918 p.a. (HP4)
• 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
• Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

• Possession of a degree in occupational therapy, physiotherapy or another relevant clincial speciality from an accredited tertiary institution.
• Registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or other relevant clinical speciality with the relevant Australian board is required.
• Whilst not mandatory, possession of a post-graduate qualification in occupational health and safety, health promotion or other area relevant to the role will be highly regarded.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
