WHO WE ARE:

Bridgebury Real Estate is an exciting innovative Real Estate agency that offers services in Residential Sales & Property Management. Since we opened in 2015 we have gone on to win numerous awards and are proud of the team culture we have created. Now, spanning three offices, Bridgebury Real Estate opened its doors in Caloundra on 1st February 2023 and it's been very important that we create a very special team to deliver the service & outcome we are used to. We have a fun team that loves to enjoy office banter, so it's important to us that the right candidate wants to be part of the family.

WHO WE WANT:

Bridgebury Real Estate are seeking a Property Manager due to continued growth, that will be able to make the position their own. Full training will be provided, however experience in Property Management is ESSENTIAL. The role is portfolio based and uses PropertyMe as it's trust account software. We are looking for a pro-active individual that wants to develop their skills and be put on a clear career path for growth. It is important the right candidate is reliable and hard working! As the brand is due to grow quickly, so will the opportunities within the company. Your package can be adjusted on capability, so ultimately if you can manage more properties effectively, you can look at an even bigger package. Rest assured we offer a premium package to attract premium talent.

MUST HAVE'S

• A Real Estate Registration Certificate

• Experience as a Property Manager

• Professional Appearance

• A Current Australian Driving Licence
