Seeking an Identified Transport Officer.
Kambu Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Health has proudly served the Ipswich and West Moreton region since 1973.
With more than 100 dedicated team members, we deliver a wide range of services including primary health care, specialist and allied health services, early childhood education, and family support programs across our clinics and community centres.
Everything we do is grounded in culture, connection, and community. When you join Kambu Health, you become part of an organisation that genuinely values its people, its purpose, and the lasting impact it makes across the community.
We are seeking an identified Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person to fill the position of Transport Officer. This role plays a vital part in supporting clients, community members, and staff through the safe, respectful, and timely transport of individuals across our service areas.
In this position, you will contribute directly to improving access to healthcare and community support services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. You will provide safe and reliable transport to and from medical appointments, community programs, and other approved services, helping to reduce barriers and strengthen overall health and wellbeing outcomes.
You will work within a culturally grounded organisation where connection, respect, and care are central to everything we do. This role goes beyond transport services, it is about supporting people with dignity, building trust, and ensuring every journey is carried out in a safe and supportive environment.
