The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator with proven experience managing freight and pallet operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This role sits at the centre of our supply chain, ensuring finished goods are delivered on time, in full, and cost-effectively to distribution centres nationwide.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll manage multiple priorities, resolve issues daily, and work closely with internal teams and external freight partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and schedule outbound freight across Australia

• Liaise with carriers and 3PL providers to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery

• Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays or issues

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (PODs, manifests, consignment notes)

• Own pallet accounts (CHEP & Loscam), including reconciliation and transfers

• Investigate and manage freight claims (damaged, lost, short deliveries)

• Coordinate returns with warehouse and customer service teams

• Maintain accurate logistics data within ERP systems (Pronto Xi or similar)

• Identify opportunities to improve freight efficiency and reduce costs

 What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Experience managing CHEP and/or Loscam pallet systems

• Experience in a logistics / freight coordination role

• Background in FMCG manufacturing or distribution

• Strong understanding of domestic freight operations and carrier management

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Pronto Xi or similar ERP systems

• Exposure to freight claims and carrier dispute resolution
