Machine Operators

We're seeking reliable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our clients brand new, high-tech facility.

Location: Swanbank, QLD
Salary - $84,000 + super + benefits (product allwc, birthday leave)
Employment Type: Permanent

Start Date: Possible start July

Working hours - rotational shift (Weekly) 5am to 1pm, 1pm to 9pm & 9pm to 5am

Duties include:

• Operate machinery and run high-speed, automated production packaging lines maintaining a continuous flow of product
• Monitoring equipment and troubleshooting
• Prepare and complete quality checks
• Previous experience with processing machine operation
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP & Safety standards
• Cleaning and housekeeping
• Safety conscious
• Strong communication skills

Requirement for the role:

• Available to work a weekly rotation roster - Day, Afternoon & Night
• Previous experience in manufacturing or fast-paced food production
• Have some mechanical aptitude to identify issues
• Understanding of HACCP & GMP
• Be a team player
• Safety conscious
• Strong communication skills

Recruiting criteria:

• Initial interview including a site walk-through
• Pre-employment medical - D & A with full physical medical
• Compulsory police checks
