Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support and oversee daily logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods while supporting smooth communication between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and transportation activities
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely movement of goods
• Maintain logistics records, shipment documentation, and tracking information
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status
• Assist with inventory monitoring and stock movement coordination
• Resolve delivery and transportation issues in a timely manner
• Prepare logistics reports and operational documentation
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflows

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with logistics or inventory management systems is advantageous

Pay: $53,547.72 – $96,717.84 per year
