TRADE ASSISTANT - MANUFACTURING

 My client is a major supplier to the leading national home improvement retailer in Australia. They have been in operations for over 25 years and have established a QLD footprint and opened a new distribution warehouse in Park Ridge. Be part of the new team and operations.

 They have NEW POSITIONS available for staff with experience and skills in Warehouse Operations - Forklift -EPJ Operators / Pick & Packers. The role will also have the opportunity to work within the window furnishing - manufacturing arm of the company.

Suited to candidates who enjoy working as part of a team and who are willing to help out where needed in the warehouse as required.

Key Skills and Experience

• Must have a current Forklift License and experience in EPJ / Pallet Jack Operation

• Experience unloading containers - Highly regarded

• All round warehouse operations experience including Pick & Pack

• Ability to use an Ipad        

• Strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to safety

• Flexibility and work ethic with a willingness to rotate across warehouse functions

• Prior experience in a manufacturing position also highly regarded

Candidates must have their own transport to be able to get to work at Park Ridge.

Permanent Job Opportunities – Hourly Rates are based on Permanent Appointment and will include holiday pay and sick pay entitlements + superannuation.

Rates on offer :- $28.00 to $32.00 Per Hour   – Negotiable on the position and level of experience.

 ·        Hours – 7.00 am to 3.30 pm – Monday to Thursday

·         Early Finish Fridays – 7.00 am to 1.30 pm
