We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Aviation Stores Officer to join our team in Brisbane. This position offers a structured traineeship pathway, making it ideal for someone looking to start a career in aviation logistics and supply chain.
Working in a fast-paced aviation environment, you will support the Stores team in managing aircraft parts, inventory control, and logistics operations while gaining valuable industry experience and formal training.
About You
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and develop within the aviation industry
Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar)
Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Australian working rights
Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and background check
Key Responsibilities
Assist with receiving, inspecting, and processing aircraft parts and materials
Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch items in accordance with aviation standards
Maintain precise inventory records using computer systems
Support stock control, cycle counts, and audits
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures
Assist with documentation, certification, and traceability of aircraft components
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised stores environment
Assist staff and management with day to day running around Brisbane Airport.
