Aviation Stores Trainee

Link Airways and Corporate Air provide airline and air charter services to customers in eastern and southern Australia. 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Aviation Stores Officer to join our team in Brisbane. This position offers a structured traineeship pathway, making it ideal for someone looking to start a career in aviation logistics and supply chain.

Working in a fast-paced aviation environment, you will support the Stores team in managing aircraft parts, inventory control, and logistics operations while gaining valuable industry experience and formal training.

About You

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Willingness to learn and develop within the aviation industry

• Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar)

• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Australian working rights

• Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and background check

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and processing aircraft parts and materials

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch items in accordance with aviation standards

• Maintain precise inventory records using computer systems

• Support stock control, cycle counts, and audits

• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures

• Assist with documentation, certification, and traceability of aircraft components

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised stores environment

• Assist staff and management with day to day running around Brisbane Airport.
