• Base Salary $140,000 + super + annual bonus

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Procurement Specialist who will play a critical role in delivering commercial value through effective category management, strategic sourcing, robust contract management, and proactive supplier relationship management.

This role is accountable for analysing spend, developing category strategies, executing competitive sourcing events, negotiating optimal commercial outcomes, and ensuring supplier performance aligns with organisational objectives.

Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Procurement Specialist drives sustainable cost savings, mitigates risk, and supports the continuous improvement of procurement processes and outcomes.

• Manage assigned procurement categories within a structured, strategic procurement environment
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFX, evaluation and negotiation
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures and service level agreements
• Establish and manage contracts, including performance, risk and renewals
• Build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships across the business
• Track and report on sourcing outcomes, savings, risks and performance metrics

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
• Highly developed negotiation skills delivering optimal commercial outcomes
• Proven experience in end-to-end sourcing, tendering and contract management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisation and problem-solving skills
