 About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a creative and energetic Social Media and Communications Officer to join our creative and dynamic Sales and Marketing team. If you love storytelling, thrive on fresh ideas, and enjoy collaborating with an energetic team to bring a brand to life, this could be the role for you.  You’ll play a key role in shaping and sharing the Skyrail story across social media, media and public relations, community engagement, and travel agent communications. From crafting engaging content and managing the Skyrail App, to gathering customer insights and hosting mainstream and travel media visits, no two days will be the same.

 About You

You’re a confident communicator with a creative eye, a passion for content, and a talent for building strong brand engagement. You enjoy both creating and collaborating, and you’re excited by the opportunity to work with an energetic team to deliver inspiring and meaningful communications.

 Skills and Experience

The following key skills and demonstrated experience will help you thrive in this role with Skyrail:

  • Previous experience managing social media accounts, including content creation, curation and brand management.

  • Demonstrated experience in growing social media presence in line with emerging trends and implementing strategies to increase audience engagement.

  • Experience generating, developing and sharing creative content, including UGC, social video, blogs, images and stories, to strengthen brand presence.

  • Experience in travel industry/ or similar media engagement, public relations, and CRM software management for communications activities.

  • Experience in community engagement, sponsorship and promotional activities.

  • Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • A current driver’s licence, your own transport, and a willingness to travel at heights on Skyrail.
