Operations Supervisor

handel360. is growing and we're looking for an Operations Supervisor to own our Brisbane operations.

This is a key role sitting at the centre of our business. The primary conduit between our supply partners, customer experience team, disposal facilities and field operations.

What you'll own:

Operations: day-to-day dispatch, delivery, collections and route planning across the FLEXiSKiP network

Supply Partners: manage partner relationships to ensure cost-effective, compliant and safe service delivery

Reporting: operational KPIs, P&L performance, market trends, compliance and continuous improvement

Service Quality: primary escalation point for the customer experience team, resolving issues and driving high satisfaction outcomes

What you'll bring:

✔ Minimum 3 years' operations, logistics or supply chain management experience

✔ Experience managing drivers, contractors and operational teams

✔ CRM and logistics/scheduling software proficiency

✔ Proven track record managing KPIs and operational targets

✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

✔ Current driver's licence

✔ Diploma or Degree in logistics preferred
