What You'll Be Obsessed With

Keeping Retail Moving

  • Be the engine behind smooth store operations across our growing retail network.
  • Coordinate store resources, equipment, consumables and operational support to ensure teams can perform at their best.
  • Support the successful launch of new stores, helping bring incredible retail experiences to life from day one.
  • Drive operational projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency and execution across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and elevate how our stores operate every day.

Connecting Stores & HQ

  • Be a key link between our stores and HQ, ensuring information, updates and resources land clearly and at the right time.
  • Coordinate operational communications, retail updates and launch support materials.
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure stores are set up for success with new products, initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide timely support to stores, helping remove roadblocks and keep momentum high.

Driving Excellence Through Detail

  • Support inventory and asset management processes that help stores operate efficiently.
  • Coordinate reporting, documentation and operational tracking to keep priorities on course.
  • Use insights, feedback and data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the retail experience.
  • Help create scalable systems and ways of working that support our rapid growth.

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working through change.
