We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Administrator to join our team at our head office in Goodna. This role is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong organisational skills and a dynamic, positive, can-do attitude to provide operations administration support to the workshop. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilising our ERP (Pronto) to coordinate workshop activities, including raising work orders, opening jobs, processing internal and external requisitions and ensuring predelivery kits and requisitions are allocated before jobs commence.

  • Payroll coordination for the Service & Technical team, inclusive of leave forms, daily collation of timesheets for verification and approval, and weekly submission of completed timesheets to Payroll for processing.

  • Daily collation of all safety documentation for the workshop to be reported on. Pass on any hazards identified to the Service & Technical Manager for action.

  • Maintain the Training Needs Analysis and Training Matrix for the Service & Technical department, ensuring currency on all licences and qualifications, arranging training as and when required.

  • Coordination of mobilisation requirements for Field Service and Project works, inclusive of maintaining currency on medicals, qualifications, inductions, and effective communication with Client mobilisation teams to ensure all requirements are met for Field Service and Project staff to attend site.

  • Administration and tracking of equipment, asset, and facility maintenance requirements across the region.

  • Ad-hoc administration tasks as needed.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously 

  • Intermediate Computer skills including MS Office and Pronto (desirable)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
