As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Manager to join our Beenleigh team.

About the Role

This is a dedicated Leasing Consultant position focused on maximising occupancy, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience from enquiry through to move-in.

Based in our Beenleigh office, you will work closely with our Property Management and Business Development teams while managing the leasing process across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct open homes and private inspections

• Advertise properties and manage online listings

• Respond to rental enquiries and follow up prospective tenants

• Process applications and conduct thorough tenant screening

• Prepare comparative market analysis reports for landlords

• Liaise with the Business Development Manager regarding upcoming new managements

• Provide regular leasing updates to property owners

• Coordinate lease preparation, sign-ups, and tenant handovers

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective tenants

• Monitor vacancy rates and leasing performance

About You

• Previous residential leasing experience is essential

• QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Professional presentation and attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

• Experience with PropertyMe is highly regarded
