We’re seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join a boutique agency in Brisbane’s inner-west, known for strong results across property management and sales and a genuine focus on relationships and exceptional service.

This role suits someone enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused, with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team, bringing strong communication, time management, and a drive to deliver great results.

Key responsibilities:

Managing rental listings and conducting open homes (including Saturdays)
Liaising with prospective tenants, landlords, and relocation agents
Processing applications and preparing lease documentation
Coordinating key handovers
Completing entry and exit condition reports
Managing and conducting routine inspections
Assisting with ad-hoc property management tasks as required

About you:

Minimum 1 year of property management experience (preferred)
Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
Confident negotiator with excellent customer service
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
