Coast Property Co. is a boutique real estate agency in the heart of Maroochydore. We are looking for a bright, well-presented and self-motivated person to join our dynamic team in the role of Receptionist | Property Management Administration.

This is a fast-paced Monday to Friday role (9.00am - 4.30pm - 35 hours) working in a small and efficient team encompassing a wide range of tasks across two key areas: supporting our Property Management team with administration-focused responsibilities and overseeing the daily operations of the office reception.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced property manager to transfer into a non-confrontational office based role with no after hours or weekend take home work.

Property Management administration duties will include the following:

  • Lease administration and software management

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Bond management

  • Respond to general enquiries, liaising with landlords and tenants

  • Compliance management

  • Assist PM team with the day-to-day operations and tenant relations

  • Social media assistance and content creation

General reception duties will include the following:

  • Actively fostering a positive office experience and a welcoming atmosphere

  • Maintain the work space, ensuring a spotless and professional environment at all times

  • Answering the office phone & directing calls where required

  • Provide support and administrative assistance to the Directors

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively face to face and via phone / email

  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and QLD PM policies, procedures and legislation.

  • Previous experience in similar role

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in property management or a similar role

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office

  • Impeccable attention to detail along with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service

  • Experience using Property Tree (preferred but not necessary)

  • Be reliable, honest and trustworthy

  • An outgoing friendly personality with a "Can Do" attitude

  • Current Real Estate Agent Licence or Certificate of Registration
