We are seeking a self-motivated Receptionist / Administrator to join our Property Management team in a full-time capacity, with an immediate start available.
We offer a busy and supportive work environment, with full training provided. This role is ideal for someone looking to establish a long-term career in the real estate industry. In fact, the team member currently vacating this role has recently been promoted into a Junior Property Manager position, demonstrating the genuine career opportunities available within our business. We actively support team members who demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a desire to build a career in the industry.
This is a Monday to Friday role (38 hours) with a voluntary Saturday morning roster (4 hours).
In this role you will:
• Be the first point of contact for clients, tenants, landlords and contractors
• Provide administrative support to the Property Management team
• Assist with processing applications, documentation and database management
• Support the marketing team with social media content, property promotions and online engagement
• Assist with reception duties and general office administration
• Develop an understanding of Property Management processes and systems
• Build the skills and experience required for future career progression within the industry

The successful applicant will possess:
• Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service or a similar role
• Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new software systems
• Experience using Microsoft Office and cloud-based technology platforms
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full Australian working rights or permanent residency
• Current Real Estate Registration Certificate highly desirable (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
• Experience with Reapit PM and Reapit Lettings highly regarded but not essential
